We sell genuine and OEM products and most modern cars (especially European) require Integration
- Unless an item is marked as "unlocked", it may require anti-theft unlocking after installation
- Offer for "plug and play" refers to electrical compatibility and pre-configuration is best effort
- It's technically not possible to ensure 100% of all funtionalities without physical access to the car
Therefore when an item doesn't deliver what you expect, it just requires more adjustment not defective
Our Condition of Sale
All sales are final. Do your research, ask us questions and change of mind does cost
- Most of our products are pre-configured to suit your car based on provided information. Once ordered this cost is not refundable
- In general, professional installation is required. We do offer installation service
- When you decide to DIY, you can request for our advice and / or installation instructions. However you are ultimately reposible for the result
- For a total peace of mind, if the product is damaged during your installation we can offer repair / recover service at reasonable cost where possible
Our Condition of Service
We don't just sell equipment, we provide solution which cost more than just hardware
- Our scope of work is limited to audio visual and interior, we do not operate and are not resposible for all other parts of your car when it's with us
- Fault condition before and test result after each repair are recorded. Dispute of any detail has to be made before equipment is returned to you
- Diagnostic / inspection cost will be charged when work quotation is not agreed
- For work on BYO parts, independent testing of those will incur extra charge
Warranty and Return
- New and refurbished euipment are with 1 year warranty
- Secondhand equipment and repair work are with 6 months warranty
- When possible, warranty is offered as part exchange. No labour cost is covered unless the initial installation is done by us
- Our warranty specifically excludes reasonable wear and tear, damaged from water ingesttion and power supply abnormality
- For our loyal customers, service beyond warranty can be offered at discounted price
Shipping and Taxes
Most of our products are with free Australia domestic shipping
- Damages ocurred during shipping will be compensated by carrier service
- Import taxes (under trade tarrif) is buyer's responsiblity
